We accept orders from all over the world when paying with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal of bank transfer.

Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution. For reclamations, please contact the website you made your payment to.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
When you submit your order we will send you a confirmation via email and then another one when your order has been packed. The order must be paid before delivery.

SHIPPING COST
Additional shipping fee will be added, the amount depends on where you live:

Inside Europe: 12 €

Outside Europe: 20 € (VAT 0%)

If you are about to order one small item that fits in a letter, please contact us so we can calculate lower shipping costs for you. Please note, there is no tracking for letters.

We are not responsible for your local customs and duty fees.

DELIVERY TIME
Approximately 2-12 weekdays all over the world. At the moment delays may occur due to Covid-19. We ship with Post office as EMS package or Priority letter.

RETURN
In case you would like to make an exchange or a return the following rules apply. You can return an item within 14 days at your own expense, the postal fees will not be refunded. The products must be in a non-used condition. For exchange, you can make a new order from the webshop. If the order has not been fetched from the Post office or customs and it will be sent back, we will charge extra penalty (15€ Europe, 30€ outside EU).

This registration document is created according the EU directive (EU) 2016/680. The Registrar is MiniQ Ky FI26126568 and the Register is called MiniQ customer register. Information is collected on contractual basis so that we can manage our customer relationships effortlessly and so that is pleasant to all parties. And also to make sure that payments can be done via Paytrail online payment service. With the help of collected information we ensure that the Service provides versatile functions to its users. Handling of information is not based on legitimate interest.

What information do we gather?

When you place an order or register as a customer we ask your first and last names, address and e-mail address and phone number.

Privacy Policy

We collect information from customers, who place an order, and the Registered users of the Service. Received information is not handed over to the parties outside the web Service or outside the EU. Service provider can however hand over the the information to the public officers according to the effective legislation. In the case of re-organizing the company’s ownership we may hand over the information to the parties involved.

The Registrar is required to provide registered users information about the processing of personal data. Registered customers and merchants can browse and edit their account information and delete their account.

The Registered user has the right to collect personal data about them that they have provided to the registrar and the right to transfer the data to another registrar. The Registered user has the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data related to them and to withdraw consent to the processing of data by contacting the store owner.

The Registrar must inform the registered user of any security breach without undue delay. The Registered user has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if the Registered user considers that the processing of personal data related to them violates the EU's privacy policy.

The Service has a strict inbuild access control that prevents outsiders to get access to the private data of registered users. The Register is only used by persons whose job description it belongs to. Everyone who uses the Register has their own personal username and password. Users are binded by the professional secrecy. The Register is not in paper format.

The Service uses different social media components that enables users to transmit information to different social medias. We recommend you to get familiar with the Privacy Policies of these service providers.
